5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

ek 999 offers various weekly and special bonuses for existing members, including a weekly reload bonus (30%, up to ৳5,000), a slots festival bonus (50%, up to ৳8,000), and a Friday and Saturday special deposit bonus (40%, up to ৳6,000). Each bonus has its own wagering conditions.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses are only usable on your own account — they cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• Bonuses used in a fraudulent manner will be cancelled.

Every user of the ek 999 platform is expected to participate honestly and transparently. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

6.2 User Conduct

7.1 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit that returns a fixed portion of net losses. The cashback rate increases progressively from the Bronze tier up to Diamond — up to a maximum of 1.0%. Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Technical problems on an online platform are not uncommon. ek 999 does not provide compensation for losses caused by server downtime, network disruptions, or software errors.

8.1 Game Errors

If a software bug or error in a game results in an abnormal win, it will not be considered valid. ek 999 reserves the right to cancel payment in such situations. The platform's decision on this matter will be considered final.

8.2 Connectivity Issues

If an internet connection is lost during live betting or a game, the outcome of that round or bet will be determined based on the data recorded on the server. The platform is not liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's device or connection.

ek 999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

9.1 Closure by the Platform

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Violation of the fair use policy.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any limitation of liability under these Terms will be capped at the maximum amount permitted under applicable law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific terms of each individual bonus together form the entire agreement between ek 999 and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are not part of this agreement.
